The equipment features also play a decisive role. Much is included in the scope of delivery of the device, some has to be purchased additionally. Depending on what needs you have for your new hairdryer, you should inquire in advance which additional attachments you still need. Most units are supplied with at least one diffusor attachment, which ensures that the hot air jet is diffused and thus provides more volume at the same time. An undulating nozzle is also usually found in the packing, which causes an alignment and narrowing of the hot air jet coming out of the hairdryer. This allows the hair to be smoothed and shaped in a targeted manner. A few models also include several curling tongs and brush attachments to make it easier to shape the hair during the hairdryer.

With modern hair dryers, temperature and fan can be controlled independently of each other. 2 to 3 different blower and just as many different temperature levels are common. In addition to the temperature settings, a good hair dryer should also have a cold setting with which already styled strands of hair can be fixed.

This way you have an additional connection where you can connect the dishwasher. To prevent soiling, a bucket or bowl should be placed on the floor, as water can escape when the valve is opened. To open the valve, use a pipe wrench and then attach the water supply hose of the dishwasher to it. Now tighten the cap tightly.

Important: When working on your baking mat, make sure that you only use kitchen utensils made of wood or plastic so as not to damage the non-stick effect. You should avoid sharp knives or scissors in any case.

It should also be added that a valve must be fitted if there is no correct connection. But that's not so bad. Fortunately, many DIY stores have specialized in this problem and offer so-called double valves with which you can establish the water connection.

We know that a 65% person consists of water. Embryos are 97 percent water. In a healthy body there is a balance in the water balance. During aging, the water content in the body decreases. In order for the water balance to be normal, we need to consume up to 2.5 litres of water a day. But not all water is useful. It has long been known that tap water is not acceptable for consumption in its raw form in the body. Theoretically it can be assumed that the water from the tap comes to you in full accordance with GOST. But unfortunately everyone knows that the water is again physically and informally polluted. This is due to the condition of the pipes and the passageways. It should be defended, filtered and cleaned. This is a long process that takes a day or more. You must store the containers in which water settles and is cleaned. It's tedious, uncomfortable and not entirely hygienic. Fortunately, there is a way out in the late days of technology. This is a variety of water filters.

Unfortunately a very small amount of sorbents, because of this low productivity (0.3 - 0.7 l / min) (if you say that the water can be filtered faster - don't think it's not possible). You must also use containers to store filtered water. You will permanently disconnect the filter and connect it to the faucet if it is not equipped with a switch.

Side sleepers: The distance between the mattress and the head area is greatest in the side position. In order for the shoulder to sink into the mattress, the pillow must not reach under the shoulder, but only support the head and neck. The recommended pillow size is therefore a supporting pillow of 40×80 cm or 40×60 cm. Depending on the contours of your body (wide or narrow shoulders), the height required may vary - in this case you should try lying on the pillow and have a second person check whether the spine forms a straight line and its shoulder axis is at right angles to the mattress. If your neck area is considerably narrower in relation to the width of your head, you will lie most comfortably on an ergonomically shaped neck support pillow, otherwise soap-shaped pillows are also recommended. Back sleepers: If you are lying on your back most of the time, you should make sure that you do not choose your pillow too high. A relatively flat pillow is usually sufficient to keep your head horizontal - it should never be tilted upwards. In this sleeping position, the pillow's main task is to provide correct support for the lordosis in the cervical spine area, so it is best to lie on a flat neck support pillow, which supports the cervical spine by means of an ergonomic elevation in the lower pillow area and does not reach under the shoulder area. If you have a pronounced hunchback, you may need a slightly higher pillow to lie comfortably. Abdominal sleepers: In the not recommended prone position, no pillow is actually needed, since raising the head area inevitably leads to overstretching the neck and bending the spine in the direction of the hollow back. Also, the neck vertebrae are strongly twisted when using a pillow. If you cannot sleep at all without a pillow, you should only use a very flat pillow, in which you should not sink in if possible - only in this way is it possible to breathe without having to turn your head even more. Some manufacturers offer specially shaped pillows for this purpose, which have a hollow in the nose and mouth area.
